Wholesale Terms

INTERESTED PARTY is responsible for a non-refundable deposit of 50% for items upon agreement date, which upon completion date (approximately 4-8 weeks from contract sign date) will be put towards wholesale order total. Due to the small amount of orders excepted per month, your 50% deposit must be paid within 3 business days of receiving your invoice otherwise order will be canceled so another interested party can place their order. If INTERESTED PARTY backs out of this agreement for any reason, the 50% non-refundable deposit will go to Wild Bower Studio. INTERESTED PARTY is responsible for shipping costs associated with delivery through the United States Postal Service upon completion of Wild Bower Studio products. Wild Bower Studio will provide shipping costs upon completion of all items and the cost will be added to the remaining 50% owed. INTERESTED PARTY must forward the remaining payment before shipment is made.

Please note that once an order is complete, due to space we cannot hold a finished order for more than 1 week. Should you need us to hold an order, you will be required to submit payment.

Please note that we typically work M - F unless a federal holiday falls on one of those days. We do not answer emails on the weekend. Our response time varies from same day up to 3 business days.

Wild Bower Studio maintains the right to cancel or suspend working with any client at any time should they no longer embody these values.


How many monthly orders are you accepting?

Between 2 - 4 orders will be accepted per month based on the amount of items a ordered.

If you do not see the order portal on our website it means that we have hit out max number of wholesale orders for the time being. Request to be added to our email list and you will be notified when our wholesale reopens.

Important Dates 2021

Below are important dates to remember in 2022 along with ordering date cut offs.

  • Mother’s Day, May, 8th : Order by Feb 28th for items to ship by/before April 16th.

  • Father’s Day, June 19th : Order by March 31st for items to ship by/before June 1st.

  • Holiday Season, November 25th : Order by August 31st for items to ship by/before Nov 1st.

    • Holiday Season order cut off date, Oct 15th


Minimums, Payment & Invoicing

Minimums: New Stockist opening order minimum $400, Returning Stockists order minimum $200.

Invoicing & Payment: We will send an invoice to confirm your order and provide an estimated shipping date.

Shop via our Wholesale Shop Page. Select your items (check the minimums in the descriptions) and then checkout.

At checkout, enter code “INVOICEME”, which will zero out your total and prompt us to send your a 50% nonrefundable deposit invoice via email along with a link to submit payment. Please allow 2 - 3 business days for response. Once your deposit is received by Wild Bower Studio, we will confirm your order via email with an estimated shipment date. The remaining balance plus shipping will be invoiced when your shipment is ready to be mailed.

Should we be unable to accept your order for this month we will provide the nearest shipping date.

Ready to Ship items must be paid in full including shipping before items will be mailed. Stockist will receive a second invoice should your order also include Made to Order items.


Lead time & Shipping

Made to Order, Ready to Ship & Drop Shipping

We work very hard to provide accurate lead times, approximately 8 - 10 weeks depending on size of the order and time of year but please note they are all estimated. Due to the nature of ceramics - orders and products can occasionally become backordered or delayed. Lead times are calculated from the date of payment.

If products are in stock they will ship within 3 - 5 business days. Ready to Ship items must be paid in full including shipping before items will be mailed.

We are unable to offer drop shipping.

Shipping ceramics can get expensive especially when we ship across the country. Each piece needs to be packaged well in order to avoid damage.

Please note that we live in a somewhat remote location with limited resources. We reserve the right to use whichever shipping company that we prefer. Should you have a preference please let us know upon placing your order. Once an invoice is paid we will ship your package. Once the package has left our hands we are no longer able to make any adjustments or changes. Should you have any questions about your order or need an adjustment please ask before submitting payment.


Damages, Returns, Cancelations

Please note that we will only communicate about the following via email (hello@wildbowerstudio.com)

Damages: Should any of your items arrived damaged please email us within 7 days of receiving your package. Please include photos of the items along with the box and the shipping label.

Cancelations: At any time that INTERESTED PARTY cancels their order for any reason, the 50% non-refundable deposit will go to Wild Bower Studio.

Returns: We do not except returns but if you are not happy with your order please reach out (please send photos if applicable) via email at Hello@WildBowerStudio.com to discuss options. Should we approve a return for whatever reason, a return label will be issued. Once a package is received by WBS and if all items are returned unused and undamaged we will issue a refund minus shipping costs.


Clays & Finishes

Wild Bower Studio works very hard to accurately photograph and describe finished products. All of our pieces are handmade so please keep in mind that no two items will be exactly alike, which means - you will be the owner of a one of a kind piece of pottery. We believe that slight differences in size, shape and color are to never be considered flaws but rather as part of the magic put into the work we are producing by hand.
