Photography & differences: 

Wild Bower Studio works very hard to accurately photograph and describe finished products. All of our pieces are handmade so please keep in mind that no two items will be exactly alike, which means - you will be the owner of a one of a kind piece of pottery. We believe that slight differences in size, shape and color are to never be considered flaws but rather as part of the magic put into the work we are producing by hand.

Seconds & Samples:

A "second" is an imperfect piece of ceramics that can be sold at discount. A “sample” is a piece of ceramics that was created as a test or experiment.

AvailabIlity, Pricing:

Availability: Wild Bower is a small batch studio and does not guarantee the availability of any item - we work on a first come first serve basis. If you leave something in your cart it does not mean that you have purchased it or that it will be held for you. We reserve the right to discontinue, discount or change products at any time.

Prices As our small business grows and changes please note that prices may be subject to change without notice. If you are a retailer or restaurant, please email us at hello@wildbowerstudio.com to request a current line sheet. Discounts must be applied at check out. Once an order is placed a discount cannot be applied afterwards.

Wholesale & Custom:

Thank you for your interest in stocking Wild Bower products. Please submit a stockist request here.

Lead Times: We work very hard to provide accurate lead times but please note they are all estimated. Due to the nature of ceramics - orders and products can occasionally become backordered or delayed. Lead times are calculated from the date of payment. If products are in stock they will ship within 3 - 5 days.

Custom Orders: Currently, we are not accepting any custom orders. When we do - All special orders and items made to order are non-refundable once order is placed and started. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on custom orders. Due to the variety of color perception and outcomes, unless we stock a particular glaze color, we can not offer custom glaze requests. Please note that once a custom order is placed we cannot cancel, refund or alter your order. We work incredibly hard on custom orders and thus do not offer refunds.

Discount Codes: We love working on custom orders but they do tend to take a lot more time both physically and mentally. Discount codes do not apply to any custom orders.

Payment Terms (wholesale only): Payment in full is due prior to a wholesale order being started. Please note that once payment is received we cannot cancel, refund or alter your order.

Shipping (wholesale only): Shipping will be invoiced prior to an order being mailed.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing an order. To reduce waste, most of our products are non-stock items and are hand made immediately after orders are placed.
